Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you send the Growth Audit form, we collect what you type:

• your name, work email, phone number and country
• your company name (optional) and website
• the service you're interested in, your monthly marketing budget range (optional) and your message

3. What we collect automatically

With each form submission we also record:

• the page you sent it from and the page that referred you
• campaign tags in the link you arrived on (UTM parameters)
• your browser's user-agent string
• a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam and limit repeat submissions; we don't store the IP address itself

4. Cookies and similar technologies

swifto.co does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's session storage to remember the referring page and campaign tags until you close the tab, so they can be sent with your form.

If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

If you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to the booking.

5. Why we use your data

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process this data with the consent you give by sending the form. For visitors in the UK and the EU, our legal bases are your consent, the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing spam.

6. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you (hosting, database, email and scheduling providers), with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities when the law requires it. Our providers may process data outside India, including in the EU and the US, under contracts that require them to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the engagement and the law require, for as long as they require it.

8. How we protect it

Form data is stored in a database that the public website cannot read; only our server writes to it, and only authorised team members can access it. IP addresses are hashed before storage.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email hello@swifto.co and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority: the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your local authority in the EU.

10. Children

swifto.co is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
