This page explains what the SOP Library keeps about you and why.
What we keep
Your email, your brand details (agency name, colours, logo, services, tools) and your purchase record. If you leave your email before buying, we keep it with your questionnaire answers.
Before you buy, your answers and logo stay in your own browser.
Why
To brand your library, give you access, send your sign-in link and handle refunds. We count simple product events, such as which SOPs are opened, in our own database. The SOP Library does not use third-party analytics.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider handles checkout and payment details. If you use AI customization on Pro, your SOP text and brand profile are sent to our AI provider to produce your version.
