Refund policy

If the SOP Library is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@swifto.co from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order reference if you have it.

What happens next

We refund the full amount to your original payment method through our payment provider. Banks can take a few business days to show it.

After a refund your online access ends. Anything you already exported stays yours. We never ask you to delete it.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days. If something is broken, write to us and we will help.
