TREAT HOTELS & RESORTS

Wedding, corporate and guest lead generation for a hotel and resort group

Treat Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality group with hotels, resorts, wedding and event venues, and Treat Adventure Park in Silvassa. We ran its lead generation across three streams (weddings, corporate groups and individual guests), launched the website for its Thane property, Saya Grand by Treat, and worked on the tracking and lead handling behind the campaigns.

THE CHALLENGE

What was at stake

Three buyers, three journeys

Couples planning weddings, companies booking events and stays, and individual travellers each book in a different way and need their own campaigns.

A new property to launch

Saya Grand by Treat in Thane needed a website, room and venue content and fresh photography before campaigns could send traffic to it.

Tracking with a blind spot

Meta's server-side tracking (the Conversions API) wasn't configured, so Meta had an incomplete view of which ads produced enquiries.

Lead handling in transition

The group was moving to a new CRM and setting up authenticated marketing email, so every enquiry needed a clear path from the ad to the sales team.

THE SOLUTION

What we did

We split lead generation by buyer, launched the new property with its own website and content, and worked on the tracking and systems that carry each enquiry to the sales team.

  1. 01

    Lead generation by segment

    • Ran separate performance campaigns for wedding, corporate and individual guest enquiries
    • Promoted wedding venues, banquets, lawns and functions to couples and families
    • Targeted companies for meetings, events, corporate stays and functions
    • Drove stay and package enquiries from individual travellers
  2. 02

    Launching Saya Grand by Treat

    • Worked on the new Saya Grand by Treat website and coordinated its launch
    • Positioned the property as a city getaway on 16 acres of greenery, for stays, events and luxury weddings
    • Organised room content across the Silver, Gold Family, Deluxe and Premium categories
    • Coordinated the property photoshoot: rooms, food and beverage, amenities and venues
  3. 03

    Tracking and lead systems

    • Worked through the Meta Conversions API set-up: access token, Business Verification and server configuration
    • Connected marketing email to its sending service and confirmed authentication
    • Supported the move to a new CRM, so marketing enquiries have one home
  4. 04

    Offers and local presence

    • Planned and named seasonal offers: staycations, monsoon promotions and hi-tea
    • Ran property-specific campaigns for guest acquisition
    • Worked on Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility and enquiries
    • Briefed social content and creative for property promotion
